::Introduction::

As if the AMD "Tower of Power" was not interesting enough, you have wandered into the portion of AMD Place dedicated to all of the other home computer systems currently in use at my place of residence.

Now, I know many of you are wondering why I have so many operational computer systems? The answer to that question is simply that I like to be able to access information from outside sources wherever I am and whenever I feel like it. If I'm upstairs, watching the news and the broadcaster suggests that I visit their website for more information on a certain story, I can just pop over to the nearest terminal and fire up my browser. No having to go down to the basement all just to check up on a piece of information. Convenience makes life easier.

Since there are too many operational computer systems to list on one large page, I decided to break them up into two pages, one being dedicated to my home workstations and the other to my home servers. Finally, the "computer graveyard" portion of the site showcases some of the oldest hardware you can find (such as my Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer).
